Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The processing time for orders is generally 1-3 business days. Once an order has been processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, kindly inform us by email and include your order number.
Once your item(s) is dispatched, estimated delivery time is:
USA/UK/AUSTRALIA: 5-12 business days
CANADA: 7-20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore Sonohear is not guaranteeing delivery dates. Don't worry, we’re doing our very best to keep up. There may be some other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may lead to delays, for example, customs, public/national holidays, natural disaster, air and ground transportation strikes or delays etc.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.
You may return most new, unopened or faulty items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). For change of mind purchases the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note that the items are personal use items and returns must be returned in their full original packaging (new, or otherwise unused with original labels attached).

5. What you'd like (exchange, return, refund)
Once your request is approved, please ship the product in protective packaging (we recommend the original packaging) to the address provided to you by Customer Care.
